Can I book a reservation over the phone?

I am paying for the service but I’m not the passenger. What’s the procedure?

What modes of payment do you accept?

Credit card, cash

How do you deal with no show or late clients?

No-shows forfeit their payment, which is non-refundable. Late arrivals may incur a waiting fee after the courtesy wait time.

Can I smoke in the car?

Smoking is not permitted. A minimum $300 cleaning fee applies when spills, vomit, smoking residue or excessive mess require cleaning beyond normal use.

Do you charge for wait time?

We provide 40 minutes of courtesy wait time for airport pickups and 15 minutes for other services. Additional waiting fees apply after the courtesy period.
